JDGR400T
The JDGR400T we use is a “sophisticated” 5-axis high-speed machine from Beijing Jingdiao (JD). It is a precision five-axis high-speed machining center with micron-level capabilities. It has the advantages of high speed and low vibration, and has compound processing capabilities such as precision milling, boring, drilling and tapping. With built-in detection system, it can detect and correct the parts, cutting tool ,machine tool and lathe state .Thus the influence of the key element “inherent deviation” on the accuracy of the part will be greatly reduced. The JDGR400T is an expert in machining mechanical parts with complex structural features, discrete blank boundary deviation, and hard or difficult-to-cut materials (hardened steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.).

AFMING GMU-800
The GMU-800 Tik Precision use is a high-rigidity 5-axis linkage machining center, which is used in various industries such as the automobile industry, industrial equipment, and mold industry. It is currently one of the few 5-axis linkage machining centers capable of heavy-duty milling. It is equipped with German spindle technology and high-rigidity ,high-torque gear transmission A/C cradle turntable technology. Combined with precise analysis and optimized lathe structure, it is beyond qualified for the high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-precision processing requirements of various materials.

Hexagon CMM
The quality department of Tik Precision is equipped with Hexagon Inspector series 3 coordinate measuring machines, which can be widely applied to the dimensional quality control of prototypes and end-use parts . The Inspector measuring machine can be configured with a variety of probing systems, which can not only support the commonly used point-to point measurement, but also can choose to configure the scanning probe for uninterrupted continuous scanning measurement
