Painting: An Introduction
A paint layer is sprayed onto the surface of the part. Colors can be matched to Pantone color numbers of the customer’s choice, and finishes range from matte to gloss.
In addition to improving the aesthetic appearance of a part, painting its surface can provide brand recognition to consumers. Surface painting protects metal from corrosion and oxidation.

Aspects of design
- Paint cannot be applied to POM and PP materials due to their insufficient adhesiveness.
